Instructions:

For best results, follow these directions for the full 7 days of your cleansing and detoxification program. If you experience significant gastrointestinal discomfort, take smaller dosages more frequently throughout the day.

Step 1: RevitalX
Days 1 through 4:
1 scoop, 2 times per day

DAY 1 :
Breakfast:

Start the day with 8 to 16 ounces of purified water. Mix 1 scoop of RevitalX in another 8 ounces of water or juice. For variety, mix your RevitalX in a blender with fruit and water or juice for a fresh tasting smoothie.

10 am:

Have some fresh fruit or fresh vegetables for a snack. If you are still hungry, eat a handful of raw almonds or sunflower seeds. Drink 8 to 16 ounces, or more, of purified water.

Noon:

Mix 1 scoop of RevitalX in 8 ounces of juice or purified water, or in a smoothie. Drink more water between servings of RevitalX. Take the contents of ONE supplement packet. Each packet contains two (2) Colon Support tablets, and three (3) Liver Support capsules. Drink more water.

2 or 3 pm:

Have some fresh fruit or fresh vegetables for a snack. Eat a handful of raw almonds or sunflower seeds if you're still hungry; and of course, more water.

5 pm:

Prepare a simple meal, such as steamed vegetables, lean chicken breast or a vegetarian alternative (cooked beans, split peas or lentils), seasoned with natural herbs and small amounts of flax oil, and served with brown rice. A lightly sautd stir fry can also be prepared for this meal. Before dinner, drink more water. Repeat the above routine on DAYS 2, 3 and 4

Step 2: Detoxitech
DAYS 5 through 7:
2 scoops 3 times per day

DAY 5 :

10 am:
