Definitions:
The words us and we will be used to refer to Spring Valley Natural Foods, Inc.
The words you and customer will be used to refer to you, the customer who placed the order.

Shipping Policy

  1. We will ship your order as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours from the time that we receive your order.
  2. If any of the items that you order are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the product is expected back in stock.
  3. We will use our choice of freight carriers, including but not limited to UPS(TM) and The U.S. Postal Service(TM)
  4. We will provide you with a confirmation or tracking number via email when your order has been shipped
  5. Rates:
    • Orders under $25: $5.00
    • Orders under $50: $6.00
    • Orders under $75: $7.50
    • Orders under $150: $8.00
    • Orders over $150: Free
    • US Express Mail: $30.00
    • International Orders: Minimum $30.00 , depending on destination.

International Orders Policy

  1. We ship to most parts of the world with few problems, however, if the product you ordered is returned to us by your local officials, we will only refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking fees. We can not offer a refund unless the product is returned in resaleable condition, damaged returns will not be refunded.
  2. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened or non-returned items. Order internationally at your own risk!
  3. If an item is returned with customs or shipping charges due, we will deduct those charges from the amount of your refund.
  4. $30 is the minimum charge for international shipping, please email us to find out the actual shipping charges to ship to your location.
  5. Shipping charges may vary depending on your location. Shipping to some locations is much more than $30 and you will be responsible for paying any and all shipping charges, even if they exceed $30. We will contact you if your order is going to cost more than $30 to ship.
  6. If your order is shipped via standard international mail it could take up to several months to get there. We do offer UPS International for quicker delivery, however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
  7. We will not be responsible for packages lost in shipment. You are responsible for all charges even if you do not receive your package.

Return Policy

  1. We will not accept returns on any opened products with the exception of products that are covered by a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you want to return an opened product, please contact us to find out if the product is coverred by a guarantee, most products are not covered by any guarantees.
  2. Returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service and assigned with a RMA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  3. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances without a valid RMA Number.
  4. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date that we initially shipped the order.
  5. Returns of non-defective products will be refunded minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Example: if your order total came to $10.00 before shipping, we will only refund to you $8.00.
  6. The customer is responsible for return-shipping, we will not refund your costs for shipping the item back to us.
  7. We will refuse delivery on any return that is shipped to us with postage due (or COD)
  8. The decision as to what constitutes a defective product will be made by us and not the customer.
  9. We will not be responsible for products that are broken in shipment. We package each shipment very carefully to ensure that it reaches you entact, however, we will not take responsibility for damage done by the carrier.
  10. All refunds will be issued in a manner that is up to our discression. If you ordered with your credit card then the refund might be in the form of a credit (or partial credit) to your card. We might also choose some other method to issue your refund, at our own discression.

If you would like to return any products that you ordered from us, please contact Customer Service at (800) 967-3982 between the hours of 10:00AM and 5:00PM Central time. Remember, we will not accept returns without authorization, so you must contact us before returning any products.
